Job Overview:
We are seeking a Wholesale Manager to oversee our wholesale operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a proven track record in retail and sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wholesale strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate the wholesale team to maximise performance
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide training to enhance team performance
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns
