Showroom Assistant – Flooring
Location: Little Whelnetham, Bury St Edmunds
Hours: Part-time (flexible)
Contract: Temporary
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised person to join our busy flooring showroom on a temporary, part-time basis. Previous flooring industry experience is essential.
Duties include:
- Greeting customers and helping with enquiries
- Booking appointments and answering the phone
- Keeping the showroom clean, tidy and well presented
- Processing paperwork and general administration
- Assisting with sample selection and displays
- Supporting the team with day-to-day showroom tasks
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be confident using a computer and answering the telephone
- Be organised and able to work independently
- Have a positive, professional attitude
- Previous retail or showroom experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
