Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of volunteers to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email marketing, and print advertising.
- Manage multichannel marketing initiatives utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to optimize outreach efforts.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite tools and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
- Conduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools; analyze data to refine strategies, improve ROI, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate advertising sales efforts by developing compelling proposals and maintaining relationships with partners to expand outreach opportunities.
- Maintain budgets for marketing activities while ensuring cost-effective use of resources; track expenditures meticulously.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational offerings and community needs.
- Enhance the organization’s online presence through website management using WordPress, HTML skills, and SEO best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaign management.
- Strong background in SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
- Familiarity with advertising sales processes and B2B (business-to-business) marketing approaches.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience managing teams or leading volunteer groups with excellent leadership skills.
- Knowledge of HTML coding and WordPress website management is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
