A Great Opportunity to join an exciting company as a full-time Fully Qualified Electrician, where your expertise and experience will help us to grow our newly established Electric Heating and Cooling Business, KW Electric Heating Ltd.
£35'000 - £50'000 , depending on experience and role suitability.
The Company Owner has 16 years previous Renewable Energy business ownership experience, specifically within the Solar PV & Storage Battery sector.
KW Electric Heating Ltd is a new 'well funded' business providing residential homeowners with the ability to Heat & Cool their homes, utilising Green & Low Cost Overnight Electricity -

You will work on a variety of residential installation projects to include new and innovative technology for Electrical Heating & Cooling within residential homes throughout Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire & Buckinghamshire.
This position provides a great opportunity to energize your career and to become the lead electrician for the company!
We will either provide or subsidise a suitable Van, depending on your circumstances, as well as company clothing & required tools / equipment as needed for installation work.
We will also provide the opportunity to increase your skills in other areas of our installation work, notably on the plumbing / heating part of our installations.
Duties
- Install and maintain New & Innovative Electric Heating & Cooling systems, Storage Batteries, EV Chargers and other electrical equipment across multiple residential sites - 'With Full Manufacturer Training & Technical Support Provided'.
- Troubleshoot any electrical issues by diagnosing problems accurately and implementing effective solutions in order to complete installation work.
- Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and safe working conditions.
- Working alongside installation co-workers & other trades to complete installations efficiently and safely.
- Work in close collaboration with the Company Director and Office Staff in terms of planning installations and in purchasing the correct electrical components and equipment prior to installations.
- Conduct technical site surveys prior to installation work in order to ensure jobs run as smoothly as possible & to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven, fully qualified, electrical installation experience with a solid understanding of residential wiring systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid fully qualified electrician’s license / certification as required.
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment as needed for installation work.
