Overview
We are seeking an exceptional experienced Housekeeper to join a prestigious private household based in Blackburn.
This is a rare opportunity to become part of a professional team caring for a substantial luxury residence occupied by a highly regarded family. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation.
The successful candidate will be trustworthy, discreet, highly organised and experienced in caring for high-end homes. Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work independently and maintain complete confidentiality.
This is a live-out position and applicants must be able to travel reliably to the property each day.
Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate presentation of all rooms throughout the residence
- Daily cleaning and housekeeping to an exceptional standard
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
- Bed making and linen changes
- Organisation of wardrobes, cupboards and household storage
- Care of delicate fabrics, antiques and luxury furnishings
- Stock management of household supplies
- Assist with preparing guest rooms when required
- Ensure the home remains fully organised and presentable at all times
- Report maintenance issues where necessary
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper within a private household, luxury residence, boutique hotel or similar environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Trustworthy, reliable and discreet
- Professional appearance and manner
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Right to work in the United Kingdom

- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend flexibility when required
