Reporting to the Home Manager, you will be supported by Team Leaders, taking accountability for all operational aspects of the home and ensuring that our young people flourish.
Focusing on areas such as quality management, rota planning, retention, budget, training & mentoring will all be part of the role. You will be responsible for the safety of all, and you’ll motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy. The sense of fun you’ll bring helps make things happen.
