Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Joiner to join our joinery workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling wooden windows and doors. The ideal applicant will have experience with hand tools, power tools.
Responsibilities
- Building and assembling window and door frames
- Manufacturing sashes, casements
- Reading technical drawings, measurements, and job sheets
- Measuring and cutting timber or other materials accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to adhere to health and safety standards
Skills
- Proven experience in joinery
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, etc
- Competence in operating power tools including drills, sanders, and saws
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
