We specialise in high-quality conservatory installations, conservatory transformations and lightweight tiled conservatory roofs, alongside windows, doors, luxury garden rooms and single-storey extensions.

We are looking for one exceptional multi-skilled installation fitter to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to become a key member of the installation team and develop their skills across a wide range of high-quality domestic projects.
The Role
We’re looking for a genuine all-round installation fitter who is confident working across multiple aspects of domestic construction and home improvement.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and as part of a team, taking responsibility for delivering a high-quality finished installation.
Your work may include:
- Conservatory installation and refurbishment
- Lightweight tiled conservatory roof installations
- Windows and doors
- Structural alterations and associated building work
- Garden room construction
- Steel modular extension installation
- SIP extension installation
- Insulation and associated building works
- Carpentry and finishing
- Roofing and external finishing
- Fascia, soffit and guttering
- Plasterboarding and basic plastering
- Silicone/sealing and high-quality finishing
- General remedial and snagging works
You don’t have to be an expert in every single area. We’re looking for someone with a strong core skill set, excellent practical ability and the attitude to learn and develop.
Where You’ll Work
Our head office is based in:
Pudsey, Leeds, LS28
Our installation areas vary depending on the type of project.
Conservatory & Roof Work
We cover approximately a two-hour radius from our Pudsey/Leeds base, meaning there will be some regional travel and occasional longer days depending on the project.
Garden Rooms & Single-Storey Extensions
Our larger construction projects are primarily carried out across Yorkshire.
You will therefore need to be comfortable travelling throughout Yorkshire and the wider region when required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a genuine all-rounder with a practical, can-do attitude.
You should have:
- Proven experience within construction, home improvements, conservatories, roofing, windows, extensions or a similar trade
- Excellent practical skills
- A high standard of workmanship
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to read and follow drawings/specifications
- The ability to work independently
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- A professional attitude when working in customers’ homes
- A full UK driving licence
- Your own basic hand tools
- The flexibility to travel throughout our operating areas

- Roofer
- Multi-Trader
- Carpenter

- Extension Fitter

- Construction Site Operative with strong practical skills

Salary will depend on your experience, skill level and ability to work independently.
