We’re looking for warm, enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join inclusive, well-supported schools. These specialist settings support young people with a range of additional needs — from autism and communication challenges to anxiety and complex learning profiles — and they thrive on creativity, patience, and teamwork.
You’ll be part of a school community that values every pupil’s individuality and works hard to ensure they succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping build confidence, independence, and life skills
- Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team
- Bringing positivity, empathy, and a can-do attitude every day
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience with children or young people (SEN experience ideal!)
- Calm, patient, and a strong team player
- Bonus if you know Makaton, PECS, or have Team Teach training – but not essential!
