We wish to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at our Salford Branch. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person looking to develop their career within a well-established company.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries – deliveries / collections / credit requests
- Handling complaints professionally and being involved in the root cause analysis and future avoidance
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure issues resolved and customer excellence achieved
- Issue logging , reporting and resolution
- OTIF ( On Time In Full) reporting and reasons for non- compliance .
- Maintenance of accurate customer records in CRM

- Proficiency with all IT portals – Excel / Teams/ incumbent CRM
