Eclipse Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to support our growing domiciliary care service. This is a rewarding 50/50 role, combining hands-on care delivery in the community with office-based responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of care.

About the Role:
This is a full-time care position split between:
- 50% Community-Based Care: Providing high-quality support to clients in their own homes
- 50% Office-Based Duties: Supporting the coordination, compliance, and quality monitoring of the domiciliary care service
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care to clients in their own homes
- Participate in the on-call rota, including evenings and weekends, ensuring continuity of care and responding to emergencies
- Carry out regular spot-checks, observations, and supervisions of care staff in the community
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring satisfaction and trust
- Support with care planning, risk assessments, and reviews within a domiciliary setting
- Complete a range of administrative duties, including care records and compliance documentation
- Conduct medication audits and ensure safe medication practices are consistently followed
- Mentor, support, and develop care staff working in the community
- Ensure all care delivery meets CQC regulations and organisational standards
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all clients
What We’re Looking For
- Currently working towards/ obtained a Level 3 in Adult Care (or equivalent)
- Experience within domiciliary/home care services (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and auditing in community settings
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Confident with administrative systems and compliance processes
- Ability to work flexibly, including participating in an on-call rota
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential for community-based work)
- A compassionate, proactive, and professional approach
