Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar/Kitchen Staff. Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages at the bar, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and kitchen areas throughout your shift.
- Restock supplies as needed, ensuring all items are available for service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper food handling procedures.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the venue.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
