To succeed in the role of Spa Therapist, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Is passionate about beauty and the wellness industry.
- Will carry out an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified.
- Will perform all treatments to an exceptional standard, as per HeavenlySPA protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client’s specific needs.
- Keeps up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work.
- Has a positive attitude, and is flexible and adaptable to different working shift patterns and conditions.
- Preferably has two years or more experience in a similar role within a spa environment.
