School Cook
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic School Cook to join our school kitchen team at Uppingham Primary School . This role is perfect for someone looking to work within school hours.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 1.30pm
Term Time Only
About the Role:
You will support the smooth running of the school kitchen, taking responsibility for food preparation, serving meals, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with general kitchen duties.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can work effectively as part of a busy, friendly school team
- Has excellent personal hygiene and a good understanding of food hygiene standards
- Is a fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude
- Communicates well with colleagues and children
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Has experience in school catering.
