We're looking for a General Manager to lead our busy restaurant at Eric's Pizza in Thornham.
This is a hands on leadership role running the day to day operation of the restaurant, leading the team, driving standards and helping deliver the warm, relaxed hospitality that Eric's has become known for.
Whilst this is a restaurant based role, it goes beyond simply managing service. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the site, supporting recruitment and training, managing labour and costs, maintaining standards, and ensuring guests have a consistently excellent experience.
Eric's Pizza is part of the wider Eric's family of businesses, a growing independent hospitality group with multiple sites across Norfolk.

The role
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Recruit, train and develop team members
- Manage rotas, labour costs and staffing levels
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Monitor sales, performance and day to day operations
- Take ownership of the guest experience and overall success of the site
About you
- Previous management experience within hospitality
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Organised, reliable and commercially aware
- Positive, energetic and hands on approach
- Comfortable leading busy services and motivating a team
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
