Drainage Engineer
Location: Nationwide across Scotland
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 base, OTE £50K+
Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, with overtime available

QUICK DRAIN CLEAR LTD is a leading drainage specialist with 50+ years of industry experience, serving residential and commercial clients across Scotland. We provide fast, reliable, and eco-friendly solutions for drainage issues. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Drainage Engineer to join our team.
The Role
As a Drainage Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. You will work on a variety of jobs, including:
- Unblocking drains using high-pressure water jetting
- CCTV drain surveys to identify faults and issues
- Patching and lining repairs (full training available)
- Basic drainage repairs when required
- Interacting with customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Completing reports and paperwork accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in drainage or a related field
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
