Our Engineering Department is looking for a Trainee Pipe Fitter to join the team, working on high profile commercial and industrial installations across the business. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to work with experienced engineers, modern equipment and long-term projects where quality work is recognised and rewarded. The job involves installing carbon, copper, stainless steel and plastic pipework systems, collaborating with welders, HVAC Engineers and Project Managers.
- English and Maths GCSE grade 4 or above
- A mechanical aptitude
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Experience with pneumatics and/or plumbing (advantageous)
- Good manual dexterity and practical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- A desire for self development
- Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Participation in a call-out rota
- A supportive and highly skilled engineering environment
