Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution.
- Arrange contractor appointments.
- Conduct routine property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Process tenancy applications, renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy documentation.
- Monitor rent payments and assist with arrears management where required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Right to Rent, Deposit Protection, Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate property records using the company's CRM and property management systems.
- Assist with the growth and retention of the lettings portfolio by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing development of the business.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management.
- A strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using property management software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £24,500 - £30,000, depending on experience.
