- Maintain a clean, organized work station adhering to health and safety standards
- Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, upsell products and services, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
- Mentor junior staff members by sharing expertise in barbering techniques and customer service best practices
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and beauty treatments to continually elevate service quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
- Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for coordinating salon operations
- Skilled in customer service with excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients
- Experience with front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and product upselling
