What You’ll Be Doing
- Chatting with candidates and getting to know what they’re looking for
- Searching job boards, social media and networks to find great talent
- Supporting clients by understanding their hiring needs
- Helping manage the full recruitment process from first call to job offer
- Keeping your admin organised and up to date
- Working towards achievable goals with plenty of support
- Develop strong communication skills by engaging with candidates and clients via phone calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and expectations
- Contribute to relationship management initiatives by maintaining regular contact with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Help coordinate interviews and assessments to streamline the hiring process
