We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator at our Distrigo Parts Distribution Centre in Norwich. Working as part of our Warehouse Administration team, you will be responsible for a variety of receipting, ordering, and administrative tasks that support the smooth running of our operation. This role requires excellent attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Full training on our in-house Dealer Management System will be provided through comprehensive on-the-job support.

Reconcile daily stock receipts against supplier invoices, ensuring all information is accurate before submission to the Accounts Department for payment.

Process and provide order status updates and reporting for key accounts.

Enter and process customer orders using our Dealer Management System and transfer orders through manufacturer online platforms.

Process daily stock orders and liaise with suppliers to resolve any shortages or discrepancies.

Reconcile supplier credit notes and maintain accurate records.
