About you;
You will have goo knowledge and at least 2 years experience of mechanical or electrical engineering. You must have a full driving license, excellent communication skills, good work ethos and physically fit.
About the roll;
Reporting to the Redruth depot manager, the successful candidate will be required to self manage, oversee and undertake the full maintenance and up-keep of the diesel generator fleet based at our Redruth depot and surrounding locations ranging from 20KVA to 1250KVA.
- Carry out planned service and maintenance work on hire fleet
- Engine fault diagnosis and rebuild
- Preparation of equipment for hire
- Field servicing of hire fleet
- Enroll onto the call out rota system *Call out and overtime will be paid at the prevailing rate
- Team player
- Organised and self motivated with an eye for detail
