To support our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, whether you are an Assistant, QS or Senior - we want to hear from you!
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.

The Day to Day
· Manage project costs throughout the full project lifecycle
· Prepare valuations, budgets, forecasts, and final accounts
· Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor packages
· Monitor commercial performance and identify risks and opportunities
· Work collaboratively with operational teams to maximise profitability
· Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
· Support accurate reporting and financial control across multiple projects
Who are you?
· Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
· Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
· Good understanding of construction contracts and cost management
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Ambitious, driven, and eager to develop within a high performing business
· Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a HNC
· Living within a commutable distance of Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
