Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sheet Metal Worker/Fabricator to integrate with our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabrication of sheet metal and steel components used in variety of industrial and manufacturing projects. Your expertise in welding, fabrication, and assembly will be essential to delivering high-quality results that meet safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities
- Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components using hand tools, power tools, and the latest CNC fabrication equipment
- Perform TIG welding and welding to join metal parts securely and accurately
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during fabrication or installation processes
- Measure materials accurately using basic math skills to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Operate assembly equipment to install fabricated components into larger systems or structures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding (TIG weldingdesirable but not essiential), and assembly processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks
- Knowledge of sheet metal properties and handling techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards

Pay: £12.71-£18.00 per hour
