What you’ll be doing
You’ll be joining a busy, full-service 182 bed hotel, where no two days are the same. Our FB operation covers bar, restaurant and a growing meetings events business, meaning you’ll be hands-on across everything from breakfast service to conferences, weddings and evening trade.
- Leading the delivery of a consistently high-quality food beverage experience
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive
- Coaching and supporting your team to build confidence, capability and service standards
- Taking ownership of guest feedback and using it to continually improve the offer
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to drive standards, performance and innovation
- Managing stock, labour and costs to deliver against your PL
What we’re looking for
- An experienced Food Beverage Manager, or Assistant FB Manager ready to step up
- A natural leader who enjoys developing people and building strong teams
- Someone who is hands-on, solutions-focused and calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a pride in delivering great standards
- A people person who builds relationships easily with both guests and colleagues
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, confidently managing labour, costs and margins while driving performance against the PL
- Positive, resilient and brings energy into the business
