Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurture Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and education for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment for their development. We are considering part-time and full-time candidates for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Create engaging and educational activities to support children's learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being of each child
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills within the nursery setting
- Manage the daily routines and activities within the nursery to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Experience in managing a key group of children, tracking their progress, and ensuring individual needs are met.

Level 2 / 3 if wanted

On-going in-house CPD
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,062.29 per year
