Working on a private estate, this role requires high levels of professionalism and discretion as well as a desire to deliver a flawless and diligent service to ensure that the Family remain safe and are protected at all times. The duty security officer is expected to display excellent customer service at all times as well as monitor CCTV and alarm systems and respond and escalate appropriately at all times.
The role will also involve Estate Patrols and Building integrity checks to ensure that the Estate is secure with the appropriate protection and security measures are in place and functioning effectively.
Strong communication skills are required, both verbally and via email and the ability to use the Company's PDA and online reporting platforms is required.
This is initially a casual role dedicated to the 3 Estates however opportunities for permanent roles will follow.
