About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable waitress to join our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping to create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and answer customer questions.
- Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the meal.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
- Check on customers and respond to any requests.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
- Deal with customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
- Well presented and professional.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Pay: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
