Job Description
Senior Business Analyst – Commercial Pharma
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 9–11 years of experience in Commercial Pharma and Data & Analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, and AI/BI teams to gather requirements, drive analytics initiatives, and deliver AI-powered business solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements across Commercial Pharma functions.

Translate business needs into Epics, User Stories, and functional specifications.

Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to deliver analytics solutions.

Support AI-driven initiatives, reporting, and dashboard development.

Facilitate workshops, UAT, stakeholder communication, and change management.

Ensure data governance and compliance with pharma regulations.
Required Skills

Strong Commercial Pharma domain expertise, including European drug launches.

Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
