This role is ideal for someone who enjoys starting their day early, with shifts running from 7:00am to 1:30pm, supporting both adults and children in their own homes through domiciliary and complex care services.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults and children in the comfort of their own homes. You'll play an important role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and continence support
- Assisting with medication in line with care plans
- Supporting nutrition and hydration, including meal preparation
- Delivering complex care support as required
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Participating in training and professional development
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work morning shifts from 7:00am to 1:30pm
- A compassionate, professional, and reliable approach
- Experience in care is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided
- Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting others
