On-Call Pharmacy Delivery Driver – Swindon Area
We are looking for a reliable On-Call Delivery Driver to join our team in the Swindon area, delivering medications to local care homes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver medications promptly to care homes in the Swindon area.
- Communicate professionally with care home staff and the pharmacy team.
- Occasionally collect prescriptions from local pharmacies and deliver them to care homes.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Working Hours:
- This is an on-call position with flexible afternoon hours.
- Most shifts will start at approximately 5:00 pm.
Requirements:
- You must have your own reliable vehicle.
- A full UK driving licence and appropriate vehicle insurance are required.
- Good communication skills and a reliable, professional approach are essential.
Mileage:
Mileage will be paid at 50p per mile, calculated from the time you leave your home until you return home after completing your deliveries.
Pay: From £12.80 per hour
