Part-Time Social Media Manager
£13/hour | 20 hours per week | Nottingham based (UK preferred)
We are a growing personal brand and property marketing agency looking for a highly organised Social Media Manager to manage the day-to-day posting and coordination of content across multiple accounts. This is an operations-focused role, not a creative or influencer position.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for making sure all content is scheduled correctly, posted on time, and organised properly. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth delivery across client accounts and our own brand.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and publish content using Rella
Manage posting across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Upload captions, hashtags, and thumbnails accurately
Liaise with editors to request and track amendments
Ensure all content is approved and delivered on time
Organise content folders and maintain systems
Assist with basic analytics tracking and reporting
Ideation of content for 14+ clients
Assist with Strategy
Assist with in person shoot days
Manage multiple accounts
Hours & Pay
20 hours per week
£13 per hour
Flexible working hours, but deadlines must be met
What We’re Looking For
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Reliable and consistent (this is critical)
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
Good written English
Proactive communicator (you don’t need chasing)
Experience with scheduling tools (or quick to learn)
This Role Is NOT
A content creator or influencer role
A “post when you feel like it” role
Bonus (Not Essential)
Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
Familiar with tools like Canva
Basic understanding of social media analytics
Growth Opportunity
There is potential to grow into a Client Account Manager or Operations role as the business expands.
