We are a lively night-time bar located near the bustling Edinburgh City centre, found down quaint iconic Rose Street. We specialise in over 200+ Scottish single malt whiskies, which we provide extensive knowledge and training about which is then passed on to people who come from around the world to sample. The Black Cat is also a well known Scottish folk music venue that hosts performances multiple times per week. We are looking for someone charismatic and easy going who enjoys a busy bar night full of drams and entertainment. Tourism is back more than ever and we are ideally looking for candidates willing to work full time with the potential to move on up into a supervisor role dependent on performance within the first few months. Previous bar experience is not required as all training will be covered with us.
