For over 50 years Crosskeys has been offering coach travel throughout Kent and we are looking for a Product Executive to work alongside the Product Development Manager. In this varied and fast-paced role you will be involved in all operational and administrational aspects of our day trips and short breaks programme, from conception to delivery. This fundamental position is key to ensuring that every element runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering the exceptional experiences that our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Product Development Manager assisting with all aspects of the administration of the day-trip and short break programme
- Preparing driver operational packs including seating plans, event tickets and supplier documentation
- Checking operational itineraries and travel programmes
- Booking LeShuttle crossings and coach parking
- Preparing venue seating plans and event tickets
- Booking day trips and excursions with suppliers
- Loading tours and day trips onto the sales system
- Sending sales updates and rooming lists to suppliers
- Checking supplier documents and contracts
- Checking brochure content and tour itineraries
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing suppliers
Skills and Experience:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Familiar with outlook, word and excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, adaptable to changing priorities
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Able to work closely alongside the Product Development Manager as well as using own initiative
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working within the travel industry would be an advantage
Pay: £14,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
