We are seeking an accomplished, NMC-registered Aesthetic Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience across advanced injectables, regenerative medicine, and medical skin therapies. Working in an elegant, state-of-the-art clinic alongside leading medical practitioners, you will deliver bespoke treatments with an uncompromising commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.
Clinical Scope of Practice
- POM & Advanced Injectables: Anti-wrinkle injections (upper face, masseters, neck lift, hyperhidrosis), dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, tear troughs), Profhilo, Polynucleotides, injectable mesotherapy, and fat-dissolving injections.
- Regenerative Medicine & Hair Restoration: PRP therapy (venepuncture, centrifugation, micro-injections for hair and face), IV nutrient therapy, and clinical alopecia protocols (Exosomes, Exciplex, medical LED).
- Medical Dermatology & Devices: Medical microneedling (Manual & EXION RF) with PRP/Exosomes, advanced chemical peels (Meso-Cosmelan, acne peels, refresh peels), Derma-Melan intimate depigmentation, EXION body/face RF skin tightening, and EmFemme 360.
- Diagnostics & Consultations: AURA 3D digital skin analysis, skin barrier assessments, clinical patch testing, and bespoke treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver autonomous nurse-led injectable and advanced skin treatments while assisting doctors during hair transplant and surgical procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical history reviews, and tailored treatment plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to NMC standards, aseptic techniques, cold-chain storage for POMs, and complication management protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records, photographic consent, and batch tracking logs.
- Provide discreet, high-touch patient care that upholds Harley Street service standards.
Requirements & Experience
- Registration: Active, unencumbered NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery.
- Skills: Demonstrated competence in venepuncture, needle/cannula injection techniques, and aesthetic complication management.
- Prescribing: V300 Independent Prescriber qualification is highly desirable (or willingness to work alongside our clinic prescribers).
