Summary
EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 2B Early Years (Ages 35) We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in shaping the early educational experiences of young children aged 3 to 5, supporting their development in a nurturing and engaging environment. About the Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support childrens learning, development, and well-being. You will help create a positive and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the learning and development of pupils in line with the EYFS framework
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Liaise effectively with parents to ensure a consistent approach to each childs development and well-being
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual needs
- Monitor and support pupils progress across all areas of learning
What Were Looking For
- Experience working in a Nursery or EYFS setting (desirable)
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework and Development Matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young children
