What you’ll be doing…
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard, safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. You will lead on-site teams, oversee compliance, and work closely with stakeholders to maintain a well-run and productive environment.
- Oversee all operational activities on-site, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards
- Lead, manage, and support on-site teams to drive performance and engagement
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, risk management, and company policies
- Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
- Resolve issues and respond to incidents or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7, 40 hours per week
What can you bring?
- Proven experience managing operations or teams in a site-based role
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Knowledge of health & safety and site compliance requirements
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- A calm, professional attitude when working under pressure
- Experience in facilities, hospitality, catering, or similar industries is desirable
