Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across various disciplines. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and milestones using tools like Primavera P6 to ensure clear direction and accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively while maintaining strict adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays early, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Civil 3D software for infrastructure design coordination when applicable, ensuring technical accuracy and integration with project objectives.
- Manage time efficiently across multiple projects by prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining a disciplined workflow.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, resource utilization, and performance metrics to support decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within engineering or construction environments.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning activities.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D for infrastructure design coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects from inception through completion while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
