We are seeking a detail-oriented Casual Guest Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our Hotel Guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
- As Guest Service assistant you will have a varied and interesting role in the hotel, working on the front desk
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payment transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
