Responsibilities

- Follow established recipes and food safety guidelines to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Manage ingredient inventory, monitor freshness, and ensure proper storage of all food items
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items and improve existing offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health regulations at all times
- Support the overall operation of the kitchen by assisting with other food production tasks as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or bakery setting
- Strong baking skills with knowledge of various techniques and ingredients
- Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
