We’re looking for an experienced HR Workforce & Compliance Manager to lead our organisation’s compliance agenda and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.
This is a senior, high-impact position with responsibility for ensuring full compliance with UK employment legislation, overseeing immigration and workforce governance, and acting as the organisation’s Home Office Authorising Officer.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in post-M&A integration, ensuring newly acquired businesses align with our compliance frameworks and employment practices.

Lead organisation-wide compliance across DBS, Right to Work, and employment legislation

Develop and continuously improve compliance frameworks, policies, and controls

Monitor compliance performance and manage risks

Lead internal and external audits

Act as Home Office Authorising Officer, ensuring full sponsorship and immigration compliance

Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory requirements

Stay ahead of legislative changes and ensure organisational readiness

Lead HR activity across post-acquisition integration

Align workforce compliance and employment practices across acquired businesses

Identify and mitigate compliance risks during integration
