What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality materials that meet exact customer specifications. You will:

Operate and monitor specialist coating machinery

Support quality checks, testing, packing and dispatch activities

Handle and weigh chemicals safely using appropriate PPE
-
Follow detailed production procedures and quality standards
-
Carry out basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping tasks

Receive and record deliveries
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets

Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive working environment
This is a Mon - Fri role working shifts on 6am-2pm / 2pm - 10pm on rotation
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who:

Have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Take pride in producing high quality work

Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Are comfortable following written procedures and work instructions

Enjoy working as part of a team

Are willing to learn new processes and systems

Can perform manual handling activities as part of the role
Experience within a chemical-processing or industrial manufacturing environment would be advantageous, as would a Fork Lift Truck/Counterbalance licence.
