The Role
We have several opportunities in our solid fuels and animal feed divisions. As part of the team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products and engaging with our customers in a courteous and professional manner.
As a production operative you will be responsible for:
- Operating plant and machinery to create or assemble products according to high company standards
- Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficient and safe production processes
- Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Providing a friendly and professional service to our customers
Your Profile
- Previous experience in a production environment preferred but not essential
- Shunter and/or forklift experience desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
