Job Title: Sous Chef - Full Time
Location: Potager Restaurant at Crouchers Orchards (Near Chichester)
Hours/Pay: 40 hours per week (Overtime paid pro-rata)
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently run service and manage prep.
- Maintain strict GP standards.
- Support, guide, and manage junior team members.
- Work closely with ownership to provide real input on kitchen operations.
