Store Manager – Eastbourne
Salary: £33,000 – £36,000 + performance bonus
Cash Converters is looking for a hands-on Store Manager to take full responsibility for one of our Eastbourne stores.
This is a commercial, fast-paced role where your decisions directly impact sales, profitability, and customer experience. You will lead a small team and manage all aspects of store operations including buying, sales, and service delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day store operations
- Driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Leading and developing a small team
- Managing stock, buying, and merchandising
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Handling customer issues and complaints
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years experience managing a retail or sales team
- Strong commercial awareness
- Hands-on approach
- Confident working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong customer service and sales skills
