Role overview
Introduction to the role:
The Marketing Campaigns Manager will lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support the firm's strategic objectives. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the role will drive sector campaigns, office growth initiatives, product and service launches, and other business planning activities as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional planning, organisational, and project management skills, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned with wider business goals. They will play a key role in strengthening collaboration and connectivity across the Marketing and Comms team and wider stakeholders, using insight and performance data to optimise activity and maximise impact.
Introduction to the team:
You will be part of the Marketing and Communications team and will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications. All members of the wider BD&M team are expected to support the work of the wider business development plans and other parts of the firm as needed.
Key responsibilities:

Lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives and growth priorities in line with our business partnering team.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution in conjunction with the wider marcomms team.

Collaborate with sector, office, and service line leads and business partners to develop targeted marketing campaigns.

Support the launch of new products, services, and strategic business initiatives.

Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and project plans, coordinating resources and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.

Ensure all marketing campaigns align with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Strengthen collaboration and connectivity across the wider Marketing and Comms team, promoting a joined-up approach to campaign delivery.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What are we looking for:
Important criteria:

Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns within a law firm environment.

Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively with partners, business services teams, and external suppliers where appropriate.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional services environment.
It would be beneficial for you to have some of the following:

Experience supporting office growth initiatives, service launches, or strategic business development projects.

Professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or equivalent.

Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in a marketing campaigns role within a law firm is essential. A professional marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent) is desirable.
