We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager to lead the development and management of key business alliances. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with organisational goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise mutual benefits
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms for all parties involved
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate joint initiatives and campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports to senior management
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, manage contacts, and analyse partnership data
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote organisational interests and identify potential collaborators
- Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective partners, highlighting value propositions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software is essential
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities and solving challenges
- Degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Pay: £200.00-£300.00 per day
