Paradigm Electrical Solutions Ltd is a fast-growing, NICEIC Approved Contractor delivering high-quality electrical installations across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and across London. We work on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects – from small jobs to large-scale rewires and renewable energy installations – and we’re building a reputation for reliability, trust, and top-class workmanship.
We’re now looking for skilled, motivated electricians to join our expanding team.
The Role
As an electrician with Paradigm, you’ll be responsible for running both commercial and domestic projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our management team and apprentices, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Installing, testing, and certifying electrical systems in line with BS7671 regulations
- Running and delivering domestic and commercial projects (first & second fix, rewires, consumer unit upgrades, EICRs, EV chargers, lighting, etc.)
- Supervising apprentices and supporting their development
- Maintaining accurate digital job records on an iPad (ServiceM8)
- Providing excellent customer service and upholding the company’s reputation
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds, AM2, 18th Edition)
- Experience across domestic and commercial electrical work
- Strong understanding of current wiring regulations (BS7671)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional, customer-focused attitude
