Location: Fort George, Inverness, IV2 7TD
Pay rate: £12.91 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, Mon – Fri, including an occasional weekend shift working week (when a weekend is worked, there would be 3 days off through the week, as the weekends are 12hr shifts).
As a Kitchen Supervisor at Fort George, you'll lead and support a dedicated catering team within one of Scotland's most historic and unique military establishments. Combining hands-on kitchen experience with team leadership, you'll help deliver high-quality food and service while supporting military personnel in a rewarding and purpose-driven environment.

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage a team of twelve catering staff, providing direction and support to meet Aramark’s high standards.

Plan, organise, and execute catering services for private functions.

Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned to a high standard and signing off due diligence paperwork.

Creating staff Rotas each month and communicating any company announcements to your team

Training your team to ensure a smooth-running FOH as well as back of house.

Ensure we provide exceptional customer service to all customers/
