Experienced Joiner Required
Renovations | Extensions | Structural Alterations | High-Quality Residential Projects
We are a family-run building company specialising in full house renovations, single-storey extensions, structural alterations, and steel installation. Alongside this, our sister company designs and supplies mid to high-end kitchens and bespoke fitted furniture.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, time-served Joiner to join our team.
This role is suited to someone with a strong background in domestic building work who takes pride in producing quality workmanship and understands the standards required when working in customers' homes.
The Role
You will be involved in a wide variety of residential projects, including:
- First and second fix joinery
- Stud wall construction
- Floor joists and roof structures
- Door hanging and fitting
- Skirting, architraves and finishing work
- Kitchen installations
- Structural alteration projects
- Working alongside bricklayers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers
- Assisting with steel installations where required
- General renovation and extension work
Essential Requirements
- Time-served Joiner with proven site experience
- Strong background in domestic renovations and extensions
- Ability to read and work from drawings
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
Desirable
- Experience fitting kitchens
- Experience working on structural alteration projects
- Experience managing small jobs or supervising apprentices

We are not looking for a production site joiner. We are looking for someone who understands domestic building projects, can think for themselves, communicate well with customers and other trades, and consistently deliver quality work across a variety of renovation and extension projects.
